I heard about Forums from my wife’s previous boss, who is in a Forums group. I went to an
informational meeting in 2007 and became a member.

I realized that there’s a lot to learn in business, and plenty that I didn’t know. I wanted to
be involved in a community that would give me exposure to the things I wasn’t aware
of. I was looking for a sense of community with other businessmen, focusing on
growing my business through a Christian perspective. A benefit of Forums is
that it’s a Christian community outside of Sundays. I need accountability to
be faithful with my financial resources and with the free time that comes
with having my own business. I want to be sure I’m using my financial gifts
in the future for Christ. I want to grow my business, I want to run it right,
and I want to be held accountable. Once I joined Forums, I learned there
are many ways that I can use my business as a ministry, for my
employees, my clients, and myself.

Forums has positively impacted my walk with Christ by teaching me
how Christ is working in other businessmen’s lives, and how Christ is a
part of their business.

Forums has helped my business financially provide for my wife and me.
The tools that I’ve picked up from being a part of the group, such as
E-Myth, have enabled me to double our staff within the last year. I’ve even
been able to make more time with my wife - I don’t have to work at night, or
after hours. I’ve learned how to manage my time efficiently. I am able to
focus my time on working on the business rather than in business.

I wasn’t looking for another ministry to get involved in; I was looking to run my
business better. If you’re a Christian, and you have needs in your business,
Forums is place where you learn to manage your business effectively and
receive accountability from other Christian brothers who are from the same walk
of life. I recommend that you attend an information lunch and see for yourself
what it’s all about!
