Bill Perry introduced Forums to our CBMC Orange group. After about a month, I attended the informational lunch, and I was contacted to join a Forums group. I have been involved for about 2 years.
I grew up in my field doing the technical work. When I took over the business, I realized I had no business experience. Bill Perry and Barry Weir approached me and talked about how Forums would be beneficial to my situation.

After a friend of a friend told me about Forums, I went to a meeting and was introduced to a group of CBMC members. It’s been about 7 years since I became a member of Forums.
I was looking to be in a group with other like-minded, Christian CEOs, where I could learn to run a business biblically. I was a member of another business group for about 8 years, and I wasn’t getting fed.

I was a Forums member for 5 years, a moderator for 6 years, and I’ve now been a coach for 3 years. The day I turned my life to Christ at a Billy Graham crusade in Anaheim, there was a counselor on the field from Newport Beach who happened to belong to CBMC. He invited me to come to the Newport Beach CBMC. This was 24 years ago. After coming to the breakfasts every week, So Cal CBMC started a Forums group and I joined right away.

I heard about Forums from our local sales rep, Gary Rorden, who, as a relatively new believer, could not say enough about the impact his Forum group was having on him personally. I was familiar with CBMC since two of my uncles had been very involved in a Los Angeles chapter more than 40 years ago, but Forums was a new concept to me.
I’m fortunate to have been involved in small support groups ever since my high school days.

I heard about Forums from my wife’s previous boss, who is in a Forums group. I went to an informational meeting in 2007 and became a member.
